Sliding Scale Policy

Due to the high volume of clients requesting financial assistance, sliding scale fees will be granted at the discretion of Dr. Dione Floyd.
If a sliding scale is approved:

• It will apply to five (5) sessions.
• These sessions must be used consecutively (either weekly or biweekly).
• If there is a late cancellation or no-show, the remaining sliding scale sessions will be canceled.
• After the five sessions are completed, the fee will revert to the therapist’s standard rate.

Pre-Martial Counseling $110

Engaged or future married couples

This course includes eight sessions and a required pre-assessment. The pre-assessment has an additional fee of $35, after the assessment is completed.

Please note: This service is not eligible for insurance or EAP benefits. Payment for the pre-marital course is out-of-pocket.

Family Consultation $120

Parents of children under 17 or adults with special needs (guardianship paperwork required)

Parent consultations are offered to help determine whether our counseling services are a good fit for your minor. During this consultation, the parent(s)/guardian(s) will share general information about the child, discuss goals for counseling, and review any concerns regarding the child’s emotional or mental well-being with the counselor of choice.
